Refund policy

For deliveries within the 27 countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, you can request an eligible return for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Change-of-mind returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Proaim pays return shipping for any return reason within these countries, provided we receive your eligible return request within 30 days of delivery. Opened or lightly tested items are accepted if they are complete and in original condition, in their original box, with all packing material, manuals and accessories. To request a return, email sales@proaim.be. For eligible returns under this policy, we email you a downloadable return shipping label. For deliveries outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, please contact sales@proaim.be before ordering or requesting a return to confirm the applicable return terms. For an eligible returned item, we issue the refund to the original payment method one business day after the item is received at our warehouse. This is the time when Proaim issues the refund, not a promise that the refund will appear in your bank or payment account that day. Your bank or payment provider determines when it is posted to your account. We can only process returns for items purchased from Proaim.
