Due to unprecedented demand and changing conditions with shipping carriers, we have made the following changes to our holiday shipping guidelines:
- All orders received before 8am CET on December 28th, will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this cut off will be dispatched on December 29th.
- All orders received before 8am CET on December 31st, will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this cut off will be dispatched on January 4th.
- Pre-Order Products need 14-21 additional Handling Days.
- Used Products need 2 additional Handling Days and are shipped with the Standard 7 business days shipping.

As we head into the busiest time of the year, we’re all grappling with many unknowns. Due to the COVID-19 atmosphere in conjunction with the holiday season, we are expecting to see a number of things across the country:
- An extremely high volume of orders
- Extended and delayed shipping times after orders leave our doors due to carrier overload
- Further delays due to COVID-19 regulations
