Its intelligent design pairs a controller with a dampening head, so the crane retracts forward or back at the set speed and dampening level, delivering super-smooth shots. The high-grade aluminum-built jib crane takes a payload of up to 30 kg / 66 lb.

No jerks, even on rapid moves.

The dampening head repositions the 3-axis gimbal back to its position during rapid movements, gracefully eliminating jerks for smooth, extensive camerawork. High-speed steel bearings ensure outstanding durability and strength, with smooth, soundless movement every time you extend or retract the jib.

For excellent support and stability, pair the Scissor Crane with the optional Proaim Toro Heavy-duty Mitchell Camera Tripod Stand or Proaim Gravity Heavy-duty Camera Tripod Stand.

03Full-featured controller

Command every camera move.

Advanced automation: powered by a motorized controller, the SJ30 handles retraction/expansion, forward/reverse settings, damping adjustment, speed control and direction control for enhanced control and precision.

The forward/reverse buttons push out and pull in the jib arm, and the speed dial sets the speed of its movements. The damping adjustment dial keeps movement smooth and stabilized as the jib expands and retracts, while the direction button locks it to move forward or reverse.

04User-convenience

Smooth, silent and locked in.

Two high-performance 15V DC motors give the jib a better driving force for smooth and silent operation. The tilt lock fixes the jib’s angle for linear tracking shots, and the pan lock holds the pan movement for high and low angle shots.

Mounting arms fit left or right to hold an LCD monitor for better viewing of your shots, and hi-tensile weight rods carry the counterweights for perfect balance and steady, effective shooting.
