The advantage is a very fast resetting of the arm length by telescoping in or out and then being locked off at the required working length. It offers smooth, vibration-free movements, added flexibility when working on tight sets.

Ridgeline Dolly with Centre Column
The High-Grade aluminum-made Ridgeline Dolly & Centre Column ensures the rigidity of the complete jib system. It is specially designed to carry the heaviest loads, up to 1000kg / 1Ton, with ease. It operates on smooth studio floors and can be used outdoors on hard surfaces with excellent results.

Proaim Column includes two sections; the top pole section is removable, allowing assembly of the jib at a low pivot height of 1.2ft. When both units are connected, the jib can be elevated at total height of 2.2ft for high shots.

Can I use this jib at its full length mounted on Proaim's BZ-BULL-01 Bull Telescopic Gas Lift Bazooka?
You can use the jib at full length with the Bull Bazooka, but please note that its auto lift supports only 20–45 kg. For heavier setups, we recommend the BZ-286-00.
How much is the payload at the full extension of 12ft?
The maximum load capacity of the Proaim Comet 12' Euro Cinema Jib Crane at the full length of 12.4 ft (3.78 m) is 40 kg (88lbs).
Can you advise any monitor for a camera and cable that will work great for this crane?
The monitor can be mounted with the Proaim Comet Crane with the help of Proaim Snaprig Universal Clamp with 3/8″-16 Threaded Stud (SC-02) and Proaim SnapRig 13inch Articulating Magic Arm (MA220) accessories. We do not sell any monitors so you have to purchase it as per your choice.
When this jib is at it's maximum height it's 10.5 feet tall. The question is where are you measuring the 10.5 feet? From the ground or from the top of the dolly?
