Does this bundle come with a docking bracket or do I have to buy it separately?

Docking Bracket is not included in the Zest Pro Electronic Video Camera Stabilizer. ST-DB can be purchased separately.

What are the mm size inputs/output on the splitter, trying to run a cable from the bottom when the splitter/battery sits through the center shaft to a dummy battery with a 4.0mm/1.7mm DC female connection? to power my camera.
